Included with each Padlock Protector is:

- Customized Padlock
- 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain that cannot be cut with a Bolt Cutter.
Padlock Protector
The Steel Shroud completely encloses the Padlock Body, its Shackle and both ends of the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain inside a Steel Billet as you can see in the picture above.
Padlock Protector Steel Shroud designed to protect a Padlock from the three methods 99% of thieves use to break a Padlock, they are:
- Leverage Attack
- Hammer Attack
- Bolt Cutter Attack
The Steel Shroud designed to STOP thieves
from breaking a Padlock by any of the

This ensures any item secured with
Padlock Protector is virtually
theft proof.
The Steel Shroud is manufactured from a Steel Billet using the latest CNC machining technology. To protect the Steel Shroud from climatic conditions it is Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish.

When we purchase the Steel Billet it has a few very small marks on the outside due to how the Billet it is manufactured in the Steel Mill.
As it would cost us an additional $30.00 - $35.00 to have the marks buffed off before we have each Steel Shroud Zinc plated we believe purchasers will agree with our decision to leave the marks there and save our clients the additional cost.
Why Do We Include High Tensile Chain
There is no point manufacturing a security device, the Steel Shroud, that protects a Padlock from the three methods 99% of thieves use to break apart a Padlock and then include Mild Steel Chain that can be easily and quickly cut with a Bolt Cutter, the common tool used to cut a link in Mild Steel Chain that practically all people use thinking it will protect their valuable asset from being stolen.

Padlock Protector includes a 500mm length of 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain as this is long enough for approximately 75% of Padlock Protector sales eg. to secure a gate to a post, double gates together or to place the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain through some 4WD Camper Trailer wheels or through the front or back Wheel of a Motorbike and lock it.
